Cameron Angel Brown, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney at Angel Strategies P.C. He serves as a strategic legal advocate and advisor with almost a decade of experience guiding Fortune 50, 100, and 500 companies, government agencies, non-profits, and senior executives through complex litigation, regulatory challenges, and internal investigations with both civil and criminal exposure.

Mr. Brown’s experience spans commercial litigation, professional liability, employment discrimination and disputes, white-collar defense, whistleblower and regulatory enforcement, and cross-border internal and criminal investigations. He has led pre-litigation assessments, managed discovery and motion practice, collaborated and led on mediations, arbitrations, pre-trial simulations and trial teams. He also has developed case strategies that position clients for early resolution and minimized exposure. Mr. Brown works closely with business leaders to translate legal complexity into practical, actionable advice.

Previously, Mr. Brown served as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Consumer Protection Branch, where he assisted in leading international fraud investigations and collaborated with domestic and foreign regulators to enforce compliance with federal consumer protection laws. His background also includes associate roles at the most elite D.C. law firms and a federal judicial clerkship.

Mr. Brown holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School (No Class Rank) and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, with an Economics Department Citation for Outstanding Academics from the University of California, Davis.

Outside the office, Mr. Brown is dedicated to mentoring underrepresented students and young attorneys, and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in higher education and the legal profession.
