That is why angel investors are so crucial. They are people who have money lying around but they do not have any ideas of what to do with it themselves. They have the financial brains but not the creative brains so they would prefer to put their money into other people’s ideas to see a profit that way. When they do that they get a stake in the company or a certain percentage of the shares. As a result, they put in the money and the start up gets to push its ideas through and create the product it was trying to. If it is successful they all share in the profits and the angel investor becomes a lot richer through those profits.
